Sun Lu

The sculptor Sun Lu created the bronze statue of Mao Yisheng on the Carnegie Mellon University campus. Sun Lu is a Chinese sculptor and was a faculty member at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. The statue, which honors CMU's first Ph.D. graduate, was unveiled in April 2006.
